Sunday, April 12th, there will be a potluck during fellowship time. The potluck is being held to help the 3rd Ave Youth break their fast from participating in the 30 Hour Famine. Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share. Desserts will be provided by those in charge of fellowship time. Thank you!
**Due to not being able to have the SALAD LUNCHEON last year, we still have the 2014 sign-up sheets. We will follow those as to what all of you had signed up to bring, therefore eliminating new sign-up sheets for 2015. The sheets will be posted in the narthex and you may check to see what you had signed up for. PLEASE PUT A CHECK-MARK BY YOUR NAME SO WE KNOW YOU HAVE LOOKED AT IT AND ARE AWARE OF WHAT TO BRING. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING, PLEASE MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT ON THE SHEETS. If you have any questions, please contact Nancy DeJongh, Bobbie Kracht or Vicki Slack. THANK YOU for your cooperation.
Special offering envelopes are available on the narthex table for giving to Habitat for Humanity and/or Imagine No Malaria.
Coming up on April 19th, we’ll collect a special offering for Native American MinistriesSunday. When you support Native American Ministries Day, you equip seminary students who will honor and celebrate Native American culture in their ministries. And you empower congregations that are finding fresh new ways to minister to their communities with the love of Christ.

Camp Sunday will be May 10th. The new camp booklets are already here! For those interested in camp, please take one to look over ahead of time. Get those camp dates on your calendar now before the Summer fills up! Following worship on Camp Sunday we’ll have our usual camp fundraiser meal. To sign up to donate food and/or work the meal, contact Heather Stubbe.
On Wednesday evenings, from 5-7:30 p.m., our sanctuary will be open to the public for Prayer Time. Come and go as you desire. No obligation, just simple time in prayer. The sanctuary will be set up to make this a quiet & comfortable Prayer Time.
The second Sunday of each month is available for anyone wishing to provide Special Music during worship. If this is something you would like to do, please contact the office to sign up.
The Mar./April issues of Upper Room are in the Narthex, and are available for $1.50 each.
Extra directories have been placed in the pew hymnal racks. It was thought that having these available during worship would be beneficial, especially for someone new to our congregation or just visiting!
If you (or someone you know) is not receiving the monthly church newsletter or weekly prayer partner emails & would like to be included, please contact the office to add your name to the list.
Prayer concerns can be called into the office (472-2324) or emailed to the office at firstname.lastname@example.org or Rev. Marcia at email@example.com and they will be sent out.
If you would like to receive services from RRUMC Caring Hands Meal Ministry and/or Transportation Ministry, contact the church office.
Thank you & God Bless!
~Our Mission Statement~
Inspired by the truth of Scripture,
we believe that God's primary purpose for our church is to bring all persons into spiritual relationship with God through Jesus Christ by our
uplifting words, our loving deeds and our Christian example so that we may reach out and minister to others,
in each of whom we see the very image of Christ.
